07Why Collectors Want It

• e-Card era scarcity — Skyridge was the final WotC e-Card expansion before the Nintendo handover; sealed product evaporated fast and the set's reverse-holo commons are sleeper chases on every checklist.
• Reverse-holo lift specifically — the non-foil base is a few bucks; the reverse hits the chase tier (verified ~$146 / PSA 10 ~$416, PriceCharting May 2026) because clean centered copies of Skyridge reverses are genuinely rare.
• Condition trap — Skyridge's edges and reverse-foil layer were notoriously fragile; rough-cut holos and silvering at the borders sink almost every copy into PSA 7-8 land, so PSA 9/10 specimens are a real find.
• Set context — the H-prefixed holo (H21 Jigglypuff) is its own line entry; this #68 reverse is the version vintage collectors actually fight over when they want the e-Card piece without paying the holo premium.
