Vivillon #666

Vivillon is the Scale Pokémon — a Bug/Flying butterfly with the franchise's most-famous regional-variation gimmick, sporting 20 different wing patterns based on the real-world geography where the player's 3DS was registered. The pattern-variant collecting metagame around Vivillon spawned its own entire trading culture during the XY years.

01Top 10 Notable Vivillon Cards

Vivillon's chart is led by a Surging Sparks Illustration Rare at $5.05 and the original XY-base holo at $4.28 — modest figures, but the cards' value is amplified by Vivillon's pattern-variant collecting halo. Vivillon is the rare Pokémon whose merchandising/collector value lives outside the TCG entirely.
