• The higher-numbered of Expedition's two Squirtle prints, both shipping in the 2002 e-Card launch set.
• Raw ~$26 vs. PSA 10 ~$733 — a ~28× grading multiple, far above the #131 sibling and one of the bigger lifts on the Blastoise-line board.
• Expedition's barcode-scanner gimmick killed sealed sales, leaving graded supply thin and the gem-mint multiple correspondingly heavy.
• A natural pickup if you already grabbed #131 — and a sleeper grading flip when paired with #131's modest sub-$50 raw cost.
