07Why Collectors Want It

The second of Expedition's two Pidgeot prints, both shipping in the 2002 e-Card launch set.
Reverse-holo raw ~$42 vs. PSA 10 ~$750 — a ~18× grading multiple; the non-holo base trades around $21 raw / $175 PSA 10.
Expedition's barcode-scanner gimmick killed sealed sales, leaving graded supply thin and the gem-mint multiple correspondingly heavy.
A natural pickup if you've already grabbed #23 — the pair finishes Pidgeot's Expedition slot.
