07Why Collectors Want It

The Unlimited variant of the iconic Dark Arbok from 2000's Team Rocket — a more accessible entry point than the 1st Edition #2 chase.
Same Dark-prefixed villain-themed lore as the #2 1st Edition print, but in a much higher-circulation print run.
Raw asking sits around $10; graded copies trade meaningfully above raw, with Team Rocket centering and edge wear the usual downgrades.
A natural pickup if you can't justify the 1st Edition #2 chase — the Unlimited print preserves the same lore and aesthetic.

Stage 1 Arbok with 60 HP; top attack around 10 damage. Functions as an evolution-chain piece rather than a tournament attacker.

09Card Moves and Abilities

Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage to that Pokémon. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for this attack. (Any other effects that would happen after applying Weakness and Resistance still happen.) If that Pokémon has a Pokémon Power, that power stops working until the end of your opponent's next turn.

Poison Vapor Cost: Grass + Grass + Grass · 10 damage

The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
