Talonflame is the Scorching Pokémon — the Fire/Flying fully-evolved form of the Kalos Fletchling line, and XY-era OU's defining priority sweeper. Gale Wings priority Brave Bird made Talonflame a top-5 most-used OU Pokémon for years, and it's the reason every competitive XY-era team had to plan around outspeeding it.
Talonflame's chart leads with the Steam Siege BREAK at $4.75 and the Vivid Voltage V alt-art at $3.65 — modest figures considering the in-game competitive footprint, but the line never got a Tag Team or VMAX to push prices higher. The XY-base holo at $0.93 carries weight as the original print of the OU sweeper.
Talonflame BREAK from Steam Siege #21 is the line's vintage flagship — an August-2016 horizontal BREAK Evolution print that stacked on top of a regular Talonflame card. BREAK Evolutions were the XY-era's most distinctive card design, with sideways orientation and a fiery gold-foil background that fit Talonflame's typing perfectly.
