07Why Collectors Want It

Legendary Collection (2002) was the set that introduced reverse-holo "mirror foil" cards to the Pokémon TCG; its reverses are now among the most hunted vintage commons.
The reverse foil carries the value (~$95) while the plain #44 stays a bulk common.
Notoriously hard to find clean, so high-grade copies are competed over.
