Legendary Collection (2002) was the set that introduced reverse-holo "mirror foil" cards to the Pokémon TCG; its reverses are now among the most hunted vintage commons.
Nearly all the value is in the reverse foil; the standard #96 is bulk.
High-grade LC reverses stay scarce, supporting a strong PSA 10 premium.
