Stage 2 Poliwrath with 100 HP; top attack around 40 damage. Functions as an evolution-chain piece rather than a tournament attacker.
Once during your turn (before your attack), if Poliwrath is on your Bench, you may flip a coin. If heads, take all Energy cards attached to your Active Pokémon, if any, and attach them to Poliwrath. Then switch Poliwrath with your Active Pokémon.
Flip a number of coins equal to the amount of Water Energy attached to Poliwrath. This attack does 40 damage plus 10 more damage for each heads.
PSA 10 estimate: WotC-era Poliwrath PSA 10 populations vary; small numbers across most sets.
Graded copies command notable premiums over raw, especially for 1st Edition prints.
Other graders: BGS and CGC also grade vintage Pokemon; PSA dominates secondary-market liquidity.
