Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: HoloHaul memberships purchased at holohaul.com.
1. Membership and billing
HoloHaul membership is a recurring subscription billed $9.99/month in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your membership renews automatically each period until you cancel.
2. Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel anytime from your account (Account → Manage subscription, or the Stripe billing portal link in your account). Cancellation is self-serve — no email or phone call required.
- When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, then it will not renew. You keep access until that date.
- After cancellation you are not charged again unless you resubscribe.
3. Refunds
- Because membership unlocks immediate digital access, we generally do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods, except where required by law or at our discretion. Cancelling stops future renewals (Section 2).
- EU/UK customers: you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Because membership gives you immediate digital access, by subscribing you request that access begin immediately and acknowledge that you may lose this withdrawal right once access has started, to the extent permitted by law. We honor withdrawal rights as required by law.
- Duplicate, accidental, or billing-error charges, and charges following a cancellation, will be refunded — contact us.
- Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it (dunning). If it cannot be collected, your membership access may be paused or ended until payment succeeds.
5. Price changes
We may change membership pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before renewal if you don’t accept a new price.
